About Robert P. Auteri

Mr. Auteri brings over twenty five years experience in the fiber optics industry to Splice Technologies, Inc. Former Co-Founder and President of Fiber Management Solutions, (FMS), he has held various positions in the industry including Vice President of Engineering for Ditel, (a Tyco Electronics company) Director of Technical Services at Porta Systems Corp, and Operations Manager at ACI Lightwave.

During his career he has traveled world wide providing "hands on" training for a variety of fiber optic disciplines throughout the passive optical network. Mr. Auteri has developed 15 patents in the field of fiber optics, some of which are currently used by major TELCO, MSO, and CATV communication companies such as Bell Atlantic, AT&T, Cablevision, MCI, Qwest, Williams, Sprint and Tyco.
